Picture Re-Takes

Please sign-up on this form to have your school picture taken on our picture re-take day, Wednesday, October 14.  We will send a pass to your period 1 class on October 14 with a time to report to the library for your picture to be taken. HR Imaging will only be taking pictures until about 10:00am, so we ask that you report to the library at the time listed on that pass.

**If you are getting your picture re-taken, you will need to return your first picture packet to the HR Imaging employee at the time of re-takes.   School pictures will be handed out to students sometime this week or next.

**If you missed school pictures on August 25-26 and need your picture taken for the first time, you can purchase pictures online at:
