Strengthening Community Through Partnership: Join Partners in Education
Cedar Falls Community Schools is proud to be a place where students, families, and the community come together to support educational excellence. One powerful way we build that connection is through our Partners in Education (PIE) program—a collaborative initiative that links local businesses and organizations with our schools to provide meaningful opportunities for students and staff.
Why Get Involved?
Partners in Education is more than a volunteer opportunity—it’s a chance to shape the future workforce, support local youth, and build lasting community goodwill. Whether you represent a small business, nonprofit, or large organization, there's a role for you in helping our students thrive.
Ways to Partner
There are countless ways to make a difference. Some examples include:
-Hosting student
job shadowing

students one-on-one
-Donating
equipment, training, or classroom materials
-Volunteering to conduct
mock interviews
or speak at
career days
-Guest speaking
in a classroom or joining a
district advisory committee
-Providing
summer jobs
for students or
professional development
opportunities for teachers
-Donating to
PTAs or Booster Clubs
-Offering a
discount

-Displaying student artwork
in your business
Have your own ideas? We’d love to hear them!
