BOOST

BOOST 2021 Information - incoming 7th grade students


Boost will be offered at Peet August 9 - 12 (9:00 - 12:00). Boost is a great way for incoming seventh graders to begin their new year at Peet Junior High by taking part in a variety of classes meant to ease transition to junior high with emphasis on the following: 

  • Chromebook set up and Google Accounts
  • Using Schoology 
  • building tours and locations of classrooms
  • meeting new teachers and classmates
  • learning about what it means to be a seventh grader and a Peet Tiger
  • walking students schedules.

Please be sure to register for the program as we will place students in small groups. Students last name A-L will attend Monday and Tuesday while students last name M-Z will attend Wednesday and Thursday.

Transportation is available and a bus will pick students up and drop off at the following elementary schools (outside, front of building):

Aldrich pick up 8:30 and drop off 12:20

Southdale pick up 8:40 and drop off 12:10

Cedar Heights pick up 8:30 and drop off 12:20

Orchard Hill pick up 8:40 and drop off 12:10

Students should enter the front lobby each day and will be directed to their first period classroom.
