Student Life Peet Junior HighPEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today is Friday, April 14th, an A day.
Peet Freshmen: this Monday we will be taking you to the High School for 10th grade orientation. As you get ready to leave for the high school, you can leave your backpacks in your locker or plan to leave them on the bus. You will not be able to bring them into the high school. Also, plan on loading buses instead of heading to 1st hour. We will take attendance on the bus. You will look for the bus that includes the first letter of your last name. We have six buses total, so they will be spread out, the first bus having last names starting with A through D. Please make sure you are representing Peet and yourself in a mature and appropriate way...you are giving them a first impression of their incoming Sophomore class. Students will be driven back to Peet if they are unable to handle the opportunity.
Students who have 1st period at the high school, please plan to come to Peet if you are able on Monday morning to ride the bus with the rest of your class. 9th graders will not be attending your high school classes on Monday morning during orientation. 8th graders with HS classes will still go as normal on Monday!
This upcoming Wednesday, April 19th, there will be a softball meeting during Tiger Time for all 8th and 9th graders that are going out for softball this season. The meeting will be held in Ms. Epling's classroom, room 37.
We will have an 11:15am dismissal next Friday, April 21. If you would like to order a sack lunch to take home next Friday, please fill-out the google form that was just posted on Schoology. Deadline to sign-up is Tuesday, April 18.
Happy birthday this weekend to: Theo Bernardy & Olivia Schuster!
Today’s lunch will be: Cheese Stick Dipper, BBQ Chicken Sandwich, French Fries, Veggie Bar, & Fresh Fruit
Now, please stand if you are able as we say the Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
