Maddie Gallagher advanced to the state contest, being in the top three of 45 individual exhibits; she will compete in Des Moines in April. Congrats!

Any 7th or 8th grader still interested in signing up for track and field, please contact Miss Kahrs for girls team sign-up. For boys sign-up, contact Mr. Grothoff. Practice will begin on the first day back from Spring Break, March 23rd.

Softball players: No pitchers and catchers the Monday of spring break. We will open the indoor hitting facility on its regular days and times during spring break.

During the Month of March, the Battle of the Books team is collecting new or gently used children books to be donated to children's hospitals in Iowa. This donation event is inspired by Dan Pratt, a hospital employee in the pediatric unit at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines. Pratt runs the ECMO life support machine and reads to young patients during their most vulnerable moments. So, do some Spring Cleaning this month and contribute to a great cause! Bring donated books to the library and look for the Super Hero donation box!

Have you ordered your yearbook yet? Don't miss out! The last day to order is Tuesday, March 31st. Check the doc on Schoology to see if your name is on it. If not, let your parents know you want a yearbook! Yearbooks cost $15.00 and can be paid for at the lunch window.

Today’s lunch will be: Pizza Hut Pizza, Spicy & Regular Chicken Tenders, Corn, Cucumber, Apple Slices, and Fruit Cocktail.

Happy Birthday to: Maddie Gallagher & Cayden Schellhorn!
