During the Month of March, the Battle of the Books team is collecting new or gently used children books to be donated to children's hospitals in Iowa. This donation event is inspired by Dan Pratt, a hospital employee in the pediatric unit at MercyOne Medical Center in Des Moines. Pratt runs the ECMO life support machine and reads to young patients during their most vulnerable moments. So, do some Spring Cleaning this month and contribute to a great cause! Bring donated books to the library and look for the Super Hero donation box!

Today’s lunch will be: Shredded Turkey with Gravy, Bacon Cheeseburger, Chicken Nuggets, Mashed Potatoes, Green & Red Pepper Strips, Applesauce, and Oregon Berry Blend.

Happy Birthday to: Keaton Carter, Belle Chaffey, Finn Duggan, & Becca Nicholson!
