Today is Wednesday, March 4, an A day.

There will be NO Disney Karaoke enrichment today with Ms. Eilers due to the Variety Show Performance for 6th graders. We will begin singing next Wednesday!

It's March Madness in the library! There are some fun reading incentives taking place now! Grab a bookmark in the library and Read 200 minutes at home this month to receive a fun prize and be entered into a larger drawing for even more prizes! Also, fill out the March Madness Sweet 16 book bracket, make your prediction! Winners who correctly guess the 2020 Sweet 16 winner will go on an Amazon shopping spree with Mrs. Hendrickson and pick a book of your choice! Finally, listen to the announcements all month for random giveaways, contests, and more.

Interested in trying out for the 2020-2021 Cedar Falls Dance Team? Join us for tryouts! Required practices are March 11th and March 25th from 3:30 to 5:30 pm at Lincoln Elementary. Auditions are Saturday, March 28th starting at 9 am at CFHS. Next year’s 9th through 12th grade are eligible to audition. Check out cedarfallsdance.com/tryouts for more information.

Any 7th and 8th grader interested in going out for Track and Field this year will have an informational meeting before school, Thursday, March 5th. The meeting will be at 7:40am before school. Girls will be in Miss Kahrs room (room 15) and Boys will be in Mr. Grothoff's room (room 14). Bring your computer.

March bus passes are now on sale at the Lunch Window.  Due to Spring Break, the cost of a two way pass is only $40.00 and a one way pass is $20.00.  Please note the price change for March only. If you ride the bus and do not have a bus sticker on your ID, you must purchase a bus pass by Friday, March 6th.

Today’s lunch will be: Walking Taco, Pizza Fiesta, Baja Vegetable Roast, Lettuce Cups, Peaches, & Apple Slices.
