A Note From Nurse Kerri... cold, flu, and virus season is upon us. Remember to wash your hands, cover your mouth when you cough, don't share water bottles, don't share makeup, drink plenty of water, and get enough sleep!

7th & 8th Grade Wrestlers will be dismissed at 2:15 today.

Weight Room will be open this week through Thursday from 3:00 - 4:00pm.

The Peer Helpers 6B class will be holding a Volleyball tournament as a fundraiser on Tuesday, November 26th. We will start shortly after school and plan to be done by 5 pm. It will be a single elimination tournament with a maximum of 16 teams. So the first 16 teams that turn in their form will be accepted. The cost is $5 per student whether you play or come to watch. We are trying to raise money for students with special needs. The money will be donated for classroom supplies at River Hills school. See the schoology announcement for a form to sign up a team.
