Weight Room will be open this week Monday through Thursday from 3:00 - 4:00.

9th grade wrestling starts this week. Those going out for wrestling should ride the activity bus to the high school at the end of the day Monday. If you missed the preseason meeting, and would still like to go out come to practice on Monday.  

All 9th Grade girls interested in playing soccer in the spring, there is a mandatory Women’s Soccer meeting on Dec. 2nd at 3:20pm at CFHS in Coach Anderson's classroom (room 214, second floor of the high school). The first day of practice is March 23rd. The meeting will discuss off season training, including open gyms and weight lifting. Please contact Coach Place or Coach Anderson if you are unable to make the meeting.
