Please sign up for enrichments for November right now on Schoology. New enrichments will begin on Monday, November 4th. 

There will be an informational meeting for any 9th grader boys or girls interested in wrestling this year. The meeting will take place Wednesday in the gym during tiger time. Please plan to be there even if you are still undecided about going out. 

Football play-off t-shirts are available to order on the Peet website. Place your order and pay in the main office. The deadline to order and pay is TODAY by 12:30pm! The cost of the t-shirt is $10.00. If you do not have your money in by 12:30 today, your shirt will not be ordered. 

Tickets for the Cedar Falls High School Football play-off game this Friday are on sale now at the High School main office. All tickets are $8.00. Passes will NOT be accepted. Avoid the lines and purchase your tickets ahead of time!

If you have an interest in attending the State Cross Country meet, a pep bus is being offered to students 7th - 12th grade. It will head to Kennedy Park in Fort Dodge on Saturday, November 2. The bus will leave from the Auditorium entrance of CFHS at 7:30am and return to the high school around 3:00pm. The cost is $6.00 for the bus ride and $10.00 for admittance. The deadline to sign up and pay the bus fee of $6 is Thursday, October 31 at 2:45pm in the Peet office. If you are a member of the high school cross country team, grades 9-12, you can ride the bus for free! .

The human brain continues to develop into the early 20’s. Exposure to addictive substances such as marijuana, may cause changes to the developing brain that make other drugs more appealing. This may be why some people who use marijuana go on to try other drugs. There will be a Red Ribbon Week Photo Booth in the Media Center tomorrow during all three lunch shifts!
