Echoes begins next Tuesday. If you plan on coming to Echoes or riding the bus home after Echoes next week, you must fill out the sign up form found on schoology. See Mr. Green if you have any questions.

Science club will begin next Wed. Sept. 11th. Times of Science Club are Wednesdays 3:00 - 4:00 in Room #38. Members will be participating in a number of fun and rewarding science activities; including entries into the Iowa Science Olympiad! Come check us out and ask Mrs. Sliwinski or Mr. Mord if you have any questions.

Student council applications are finally in! Stop by the counseling office and pick up a short application if you would like to be considered for this year’s Student Council crew! 7th, 8th, and 9th graders can all apply! The application form is due in the counseling office no later than next Wednesday, Sept. 11th. If you are interested in taking an active part in your school, interested in leadership development and in doing fun activities in the community as a Peet representative…this is your chance!

Any students interested in auditioning for this years' Melodies group should stop by the choir room bulletin board for audition details. There are also yellow flyers posted around the building with audition details. Melodies is our auditioned swing choir that performs at concerts and is featured in Peet's Annual Variety Show! Auditions will take place in the choir room after school on Tuesday and Thursday next week. Audition sign up times will be posted today after lunch! Please see Ms. Eilers or Ms. Deutmeyer if you don't find an audition time that works for you or if you have any questions! 

Attention choir students who are planning on auditioning for OPUS Honors Choir!! Please be sure to stop by the bulletin board in the choir hallway this afternoon to sign up for individual rehearsal times. Times are available before school, during tiger time and after school. There will also be an OPUS folder on schoology with PDFs of the audition music, recordings, and practice tracks. See Ms. Eilers or Ms. Deutmeyer if you have any questions!
