Good morning Peet Junior High! This is Aniyah Henderson with this morning’s announcements.
Today is Tuesday, August 27th a B Day.
Do you need to turn in your sports physical or get a slip for practice? Please stop by the front office by 3:00pm today to get your slip for practice or turn-in your physical. Physicals will not be taken in the office after school, so be sure to turn it in BEFORE 3:00pm to get a slip for practice today.
Attention students riding the Activity Bus after school: Students going to HOLMES for practice will take Bus #20. Students going to the HIGH SCHOOL will take Bus #16.
7th grade Football will start today,Tuesday August 27 in the cafeteria. You won't need anything today. We will give you information about the season. If you have any questions about 7th grade football, see Mr. Williams in room 46.
7th grade volleyball players- There will be a short 15 minute meeting after school TONIGHT, Tuesday, in the front gym. PLEASE HAVE RIDES BY 3:30. Talk to Coach Groen in room 34 if you can't make it tonight.
Attention all 7th and 8th Graders going out for Boy's Cross Country! First practice is today! Take the activity bus to Holmes like normal and meet at 3:30 on the basketball courts behind the cafeteria ready to run. If you are interested in going out for Cross Country but missed yesterday's meeting, don't worry. Head over and we'll get you set up!
8th grade football: wear your helmets, shorts, and a t-shirt today for practice. Meet on the 8th grade practice field after school.
9th Grade Men's Golf practice to Pheasant Ridge - Ride bus #16 to the HS, then switch to bus #30 to Pheasant Ridge.
9th Grade football is looking for TWO ball boys or girls that could help out this Thursday at our home game. Please contact Mr. Grothoff is you are interested.
School pictures will be taken this Thursday, August 29 a B day and this Friday, August 30 an A day during PE classes. All students, regardless of picture purchase, will be photographed free for school records and the memory
book. Picture order forms can be picked up in the front office. If ordering, payment for pictures is required at the time of photographing. Make checks payable to LifeTouch or you can purchase online by clicking on the link on the Peet Website.
Today’s lunch will be: Pizza Hut Pizza, Popcorn Chicken, Green Beans, Veggie Bar, and Strawberry Applesauce.
