PEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today is Thursday, April 11th a B Day.


On Friday night, Eric Lucas broke the school record for the 8th grade 100 meter Hurdles. Congratulations Eric and keep up the hard work!


Due to weather, the tennis enrichment will be cancelled today. We will try again next week.


9th Grade Baseball players, there will be an informational meeting for 9th Grade Baseball players and parents today at the high school auditorium at 6:00pm . If you have any questions see Mr. Williams in rm. 46.  


Those interested in detasseling, stop in the Counseling Office to pick up application forms. There will be application and paperwork drop off meetings on Saturday, April 13th and Sunday, April 14th at 1:00pm at HyVee on Ansborough & 4th St in Waterloo. You do not need to attend both meetings, just pick the day that works best. Check Schoology for more details.


The Softball team is having a camp for grades 7 & 8 on April 19 and 20. Registration forms are in the office or on the school website.


UNI will be hosting a STEM camp for students who attend Cedar Falls Schools that are interested in

Science Technology Engineering and Math. Camp Topics Include: Robotics, 3D Printing, Biology, Art, Fashion & Nature. For dates and times of these sessions stop by the Counseling Office for more information. Scholarships

are available!

Today’s lunch will be: Chili Dog, Chicken Dijon Wrap, Taco Salad, Baked Beans, Veggie Bar, and Peaches.
