A Soap Carving Celebration!

Our 4th grade students celebrated the end of their first reading unit on Friday with a chance to carve soap! Part of the unit includes reading Tiger Rising by Kate DiCamillo. The main character in this excellent read aloud carves wood and our students enjoyed the chance to have this hands on celebration!
