Kale Day!

We celebrated Kale Day at Lincoln on Friday! This annual tradition includes kale grown from our own school gardens and prepared by our 6th grade students to be eaten by all of our students. We have enjoyed partnering with UNI's Sustainable Foods Initiative and Health Departments. This partnership has been a true win-win for our students and staff!
