Sending huge thanks to our Active Minds group and all of the CFHS students who participated in the Out of the Darkness Into the Light Mental Health Awareness Walk yesterday. Supporting each other and breaking the stigma of suicide and mental health issues was demonstrated in a very impactful way!

Follow the Tigers: Girls' and Boys' Varsity Track will be at the State Track tournament at Drake Stadium in Des Moines today and tomorrow; Girls' Varsity Tennis Regionals will begin at 1:00 pm at UNI, or the Black Hawk Tennis Courts in Waterloo if it is storming.
SATURDAY: Girls' Varsity Tennis Regionals will take place at UNI; Boys' Varsity Tennis Sub-state will take place, time and location TBD; Trapshooting will begin at 8:00 am at the Cedar Falls Gun Club; Girls' Varsity and JV soccer will begin at 10:00 am at North Polk High School.
