The Art Club will be meeting today during the second half of PowerHour. We'll be working on the decorations for Trunk or Treat.
Come support our Student Food Drive this Thursday and Friday. We will be having a bake sale in the Tigers Den. All baked goods are $1.00. Friday bring your appetite as Chic-Fil-A will be providing Chicken Biscuit Sandwiches. Those will be sold for $3.00 - these usually go fast so get here early.
Attention Seniors: are you 17 and half years old? Then you should register to vote this Friday, October 12th in the library, available all day! Registering to vote and voting is extremely important, especially as a high schooler, and easy to do! To register, students need to bring their Iowa driver’s license or the last four digits of their social security number. Absentee Ballot Requests will also be available for those who want to vote by mail. This event is bi-partisan and also open to high school employees. Come this Friday to the library to have your voice heard!

A representative from the following schools will be here next week to speak with interested students: Monday, Oct. 15 - University of Chicago; Wednesday, Oct 17 - Coe College and Upper Iowa University; Thursday, Oct. 18 - Kirkwood Community College and the United States Army; Friday, Oct 19 - Cornell. Interested students may sign in counseling or through Schoology.
Follow the Tigers: Sophomore, JV and Varsity Volleyball games vs. Dubuque Senior begin at 5:30 pm at CFHS.
