Good morning Peet Junior High! 

Today is Friday, September 8, a B day.

Shout out to all Peet students involved in the production of Newsies, Jr. at the Waterloo Community Playhouse. The show debuts today at 7:00 PM and runs through next weekend. Show your Peet pride by supporting our community theater. To all involved, break a leg! 

Students, if you are needing to purchase a bus pass, please see Mrs. Davis at the lunch window before school or during lunch. A two way pass will be $50, a one way pass is $25, and a single ride ticket is $1.25. Bus drivers will be checking for passes or bus stickers.

Any 8th or 9th grader interested in being on yearbook staff for 2023-2024, please pick up an application from the library. Applications are due by 3 PM on Friday, September 15. See Mrs. Cahill in the library with questions.

Homecoming is next week! The dress up days are:

Monday: Tie Dye Day

Tuesday: Twin Day

Wednesday: Neon Day

Thursday: Hippie Day

Friday: Spirit Day, wear your Tiger gear!

Please remember, all dress up days still need to follow the school dress code. 

Students who would like to order high school homecoming t-shirts, the link is posted on Schoology. Shirts need to be ordered and paid for with Mrs. Davis at the lunch window by 12:30pm today.

Today’s lunch will be: Macaroni Cheese with beef little smokies or Mesquite Glazed Chicken, Garlic Breadstick, Baked Beans, Veggie Bar, Assorted fruit and juice and Chocolate Chip Cookie.
