Student Life Holmes Junior High9th graders: Are you interested in completing your required Health graduation requirement over the summer? Complete the form Mrs. Rouse posted on the Class of 2029 Schoology page. Submissions are due by May 25.
Track athletes, please take a minute to check the lost and found-lots of bags, shoes, track clothing.
Salad of the Day will no longer be offered after Memorial Day (SW, Caesar, and Chef). The Salad bar will still be available though but choices will be limited especially after June 1st.
We will still have Taco Salad Thursday May 28th.
If you are a 9th grade student and are interested in being part of the HS marching band's Color Guard, come to the high school band room 3:30-4:25 Wednesday, and Thursday. If you have any questions, please email Mr. Engelhardt at the High School.
All library books are due on Tuesday, May 26th. There will be no checkout next week. Books not returned by the end of the school year will be charged to you at full replacement cost.7th and 8th graders who would like a few books to read over the summer can check out and renew during the last week of school. The summer reading challenge and summer library hours will be available in the library at that time. See Mrs. Paulsen or Mrs. Richwine with questions.
It's time to start looking ahead to Fall Girls Rugby! Following our successful season last year, we're excited to continue building the Cedar Falls Girls rugby team. Any 9th-12th graders interested in joining should fill out the form below:

Rugby is a fantastic off-season option for athletes. We will hold a preseason informational meeting on Thursday, May 21st at 3:15 PM in the cafeteria at CFHS If you are interested in playing but cannot attend the meeting, please don't hesitate to reach out to Coach Piper at brentpiper@cfrugby.com.
