Student Life Holmes Junior HighThrough the generous support of the Cedar Falls Schools Foundation there will be a free community event, Modeling Matters – What Parents Need to Know (and Do) to Decrease Stress, Worry, and Anxiety, from 5:30 – 7:30 PM on Thursday, April 18 at Cedar Falls High School. Students are welcome to attend to learn how to manage their anxiety, moods, and social pressures as well as identify common traps individuals fall into and key adjustments needed to prevent and help mental health challenges.
