Student Life Holmes Junior HighGirls Who Code will be held Fridays during Tiger Time. Please fill out the form posted on Schoology if you are interested in joining. You must sign up in advance to be requested.
We are excited to announce that Holmes is going to have a Makerspace. If you would like to get an idea of what the Makerspace will be like, sign up on Schoology for our LED card making workshop in Mrs. Adam’s room, next Wednesday, September 6. You will be able to make a card for a friend, loved one or a favorite teacher. Space and materials are limited, so sign up soon! Once the session is full, we will close the sign up form.
Applications to join the Holmes Volunteer Club are now open. Throughout the year, we will engage in many fun volunteering events, such as supervising the Hansen Carnival, and "Backpacking the Dome," an annual event held at the UNI dome that helps package supplies for those in need. Scan the QR codes located around the school to register.
Homecoming week is September 11th-15th.
The high school is offering Homecoming tshirts and Junior Powder Puff tshirt for sale. Links to the order forms can be found here on the CFHS website Homecoming information.
