Student Life Holmes Junior HighAn All School Dance will be held on March 31st 7:00-9:30 in the New Gym. The theme is Hawaiian and tickets will be $4 in advance or $5 at the door. Ticket sales will begin the week of March 27th. There will be fun activities and games! Students must be in good academic standing and have no violations of the Good Conduct policy to attend the dance.
Today's women's golf practice will be at the high school from 3:30 to 4:30 in room 54. You will not need your clubs. Varsity members will meet you at the main office entrance
Any 7th or 8th grader interested in cheerleading for the 2023-2024 school year should sign up using the link posted in schoology. There will be a mandatory student/parent meeting May 12th at 6pm in the Holmes cafeteria. 23-24 Fall Cheer Sign Ups
Join us for the VARIETY SHOW WATCH PARTY from 3:00-5:00 in the cafeteria on Tuesday, March 28. This event is for Variety Show participants ONLY - no other guests please.
Today is World Math Day. Let's all wish our Holmes students the best of luck as they compete in the Math Counts competition in Des Moines today. Go Mathletes!
There will be an all members GSA meeting today in Senora Blanco's room during Tiger Time today.
Next week, there will be a spring craft workshop in Room 14 during Tiger Time. A view of the projects we will be making as well as a sign up is posted to Schoology and will close on Friday after school. Please contact Mr. Welter if you have any questions.
The Holmes Role Playing Game club will be starting up again on Thursdays after school, starting next Thursday, March 30th. Players of any experience level are welcome and transportation is available through the ECHOES bus.
