Student Life Holmes Junior High9th grade girls interested in participating in Spring high school soccer, there will be a meeting Friday Nov. 11th at 3:30pm in Ms. Anderson's classroom at the high school. Her classroom is located in the portables outside the high school on the East side of the school. Please contact Coach Place if you are unable to attend this meeting via email <alexplace4@gmail.com>. The meeting will discuss open gyms, strength and conditioning with Strength Coach Frank and 6v6 indoor league. Spread the word and bring a friend!
9th Grade Know Your Constitution Participants: Your materials are due to Mr. Kuker at the end of this month. We'll hold our next work session during Tiger Time this Friday in Mr. Kuker's room. See him with any questions.
Anyone interested in joining the 9th grade boys basketball team, please attend the meeting on Tuesday, November 8th at 7:30 AM in Mr. Rottinghaus' classroom next week. This meeting should take no longer than 15 minutes. Please spread the word for anyone who wants to play basketball this season. Thank you!
Holmes will be recognizing Veterans Day on Friday, November 11. Student Council is serving breakfast to veterans starting at 9:00 AM in the cafeteria. We would like to invite the family members and/or friends of our students who have served or who are currently serving our country to the breakfast and assembly. If you know someone who would like to attend please contact the office at 553-2650 by Monday, November 7 with their name and branch of service so that we can honor them properly during our event on Veterans Day.
