Student Life Holmes Junior HighAny 9th grade boy interested in Boy's Track & Field should attend a meeting Wednesday, January 19th at 3:00pm after school in room 20. If you are unable to attend please sign-up in the main office or see Coach Homewood before school in room 20 to receive information about the upcoming 2022 Track & Field Season.
Houseplant Club and Board Game Club are cancelled for the foreseeable future. Mrs. Hoekstra will announce when these opportunities are once again available.
Congratulations to 9th graders Meghan Ball, Cedric Liu, and Tyler Smith for being selected as finalists to the Know Your Constitution program this year. This program honors 100 finalists each year from numerous entries by secondary students in schools from across the state. Meghan, Cedric, and Tyler will be honored in a virtual ceremony in mid-February and will have the chance of getting their names drawn for a cash scholarship prize. Congrats again!
Student Council Meeting will be cancelled for today
There will be volunteer club today after school from 3:00 to 4:00 in Mr. Duff's room. We will be discussing volunteer activities and planning our first volunteer sessions. All 7th through 9th graders are welcome.
