Student Life Holmes Junior HighThe echoes program will not be running today.
9th grade girls Interested in playing women's soccer this spring, should attend a Player and Parent information meeting today in the high school cafeteria at 6:00pm.
Driver Education March session starts tomorrow, March 10th 6:30-7:30 AM Room 260 at the High School. Night class is 6:00 - 8;30 pm in Room 11 at Holmes
The Variety Show watch party will be after school on Thursday, March 12 in the cafeteria. All performers and tech crew members are welcome!
9th grade boys interested in soccer, should attend a preseason meeting Tuesday, March 10 @ 3:30pm in rm 106 at the high school. NOTE- please turn in your physical slip at this meeting.
Congratulations to Amya Thornton on her outstanding performance on Sunday in Des Moines at the state contest for Poetry Out Loud. Amya earned 1st place in the 9th through 12th grade competition. Next stop, Washington D.C., where Amya will represent the state of Iowa at the national Poetry Out Loud competition in April. Good luck, Amya!
