Student Life Holmes Junior HighAny 9th grade girls interested in playing basketball should attend an informational meeting Monday, November 11th at 5pm at the high school. Practice will be after the meeting from 5:30-7:30 pm. Please stop by the Holmes office with any questions and to check to see if your physical is up to date.
Attention all Lunch Choir members. Only The Lo-Tones will rehearse today and tomorrow during their usual time at lunch. Nothing But Treble will rehearse on Thursday of this week.
Any students who participated in this year's Inktober should stop by the art room after school to claim their prize. 9th Grade Know Your Constitution Students: We will again be meeting to work on our program pieces this Thursday, November 7th in Mr. Kuker's room during Tiger Time.
Men's Volleyball update--only students who are requested will be meeting in the new gym. Members from teams 2, 6, and 7 will be requested to keep playing for the championship game. Only those teams will be allowed in the gym today.
State Volleyball t-shirts are available to purchase on the high schools website. The cost is $10 and the deadline to order and pay is 3:30pm on Thursday, November 7th.
This is a reminder that all ELP students need to report to the Cafeteria immediately after C lunch/4th period.
Pop Music History will meet today in room 6 with Mr. Droste. Come join us as we learn about the 1950s rock and roll revolution.
Football tickets for Friday’s game are available at the high school today thru thursday for $8.
There will be a pep bus being offered for state volleyball next week. This is open to 9th graders only. You will need to sign up on the link on the high schools website and your parents will need to sign up on the separate permission form link. The cost is $6 to ride the bus and you will pay your $10 into the game when you get there. The bus will leave Holmes around 10am Tuesday morning and you will return to school after the game.
