Holmes Junior High Student Council Elections are today

**Math Club will start on Tuesday, Sept. 17th. Please look on Schoology for the link to sign up or go see Mrs. Hudson in room 42.

**Interested in Calligraphy Club, Art Club, or Writing Club? Fill out the forms posted by Ms. Cardamone on Schoology, or see her with any questions.

**The Role-Playing Game club will have its first meeting today after school. If you are interested in playing Dungeons and Dragons or any other table-top role playing games, please come to Mr. Prouty's room after school on Thursday. Beginners are very welcome.

**The ECHOES After School Program and ALT After School will start next Monday, September 16. Any student that will need transportation home after the program, will need to tell Mr. Bower by the end of the day today. Students that use the ECHOES bus must be on our school district and must sign up with Mr. Bower before they can ride. Thank you

*Science Club will have its initial meeting after school in Mr. Duff's room on September 19th. See you there.

**Next Monday, September 16th, will be our first day for Cooking Club. Anyone interested in joining us after school next Monday should email Mrs. Knox and let her know. This is limited to the first 16 students. We meet from 3:10 - 4:10 pm.

**Any 9th grade boys interested in swimming should attend a meeting on Tuesday, September 17, 2019, at 6:30 p.m., in the Holmes Jr. High cafeteria.  This is an opportunity for all of those students, joined by their parents, who are interested in being a member of the Tiger Men’s Swim Team this season to learn more about the team and to sign up.   You will have an opportunity to pre-order your team suit, towel, and cap (payment by cash or check).

7 / 8 girls XC no practice

7th and 8th Grade Boys Cross Country. Practice is cancelled today. Be sure to get several runs in this weekend. There is an optional practice Saturday morning at 8:30 at Pfiefer Park. Please consider attending if possible.
