Band Students: Today is Day Two for band lessons


Girl's Soccer has an open conditioning session Wednesday and Thursday this week (Nov. 29/30) 3:20-4:00pm on the High School Track with coach Place. Please bring appropriate running shoes, water bottle and dress for the weather. Phones or iPods with headphones are allowed, but optional.

Girl’s Soccer will have open gyms at 7:30pm in the high school gym on the following dates: Dec. 7, 11, 18, 21. Open weight room conditioning will be at 4:05pm in the high school weight room on the following dates: Dec. 4, 5, 12, 14, 19. Please contact Coach Place with questions (place@uni.edu).



Crochet, etc. will begin on Friday, December 1, during Tiger Time in Room 43. If you would like to learn how to crochet or already know how, please join us on Friday's beginning on December 1. If you also want to come and knit with us, that would be fine as well. There is a signup sheet outside Room 43 that is currently limited to 10 students. So this is a first come first served activity at this time. That could be expanded after we get started if more students show an interest. Look forward to see you on Fridays.


There is trapshooting information in the front office if you missed the meeting last week.  Medical consent forms are due to office Wed Nov 29th and fundraising forms are due Wed Dec 6th


Attention science club members, Please check your email for a notice from one of the science club coaches. They will be sending out emails about what events will meet this Thursday after school. If you do not receive an email, you do not need to attend science club this week. If you have questions, see Mr. Duff, Mr. Welter or Mrs. Johnson. Thanks!


The 9th Grade Boys basketball team had a good start to their season last night. The Holmes Tigers won 47-10 over the W-SR Go-Hawks thanks to a great defensive effort. The Go-Hawks won the second game by a score of 27-16. A great effort by all 31 players.


LEAD will meet today during Tiger Time in the art room. All 7th, 8th and 9th grade girls are encouraged to attend!


Attention students: On Monday, December 4th we will have a speaker here during tiger time to talk about a career in logistics, transportation and manufacturing from RUAN transport. If you are interested in learning about a career where you are responsible for organizing schedules in order to manage people and transport, please sign up! The form is on schoology.
