Student Life Holmes Junior HighFriday, November 11 we will be honoring veteran's with a breakfast at 8:15. Following breakfast will be the Veteran's Day assembly from 9:15-9:45. If you have a relative or family friend that you would like to invite, please have them call the school by Tuesday afternoon. Thank you.
Garden Club will meet today during Tiger Time in Mr. Welter's room #14.
The Holmes Wrestling team competed at Carver last night. Great matches were had by all who participated. Outstanding performances were recorded by Will Doyle, Anthony Hugerich,and Tyler Raubs who all won matches on points. Luke Hand, Will Coloff, Owen Ausborn, Logan Straussburg, Bailey Roibal, and Logan Reiter all recorded pins. The wrestlers will be competing at Holmes on Thursday at 4:00. See you there!

Visit the Cedar Valley Family STEM Festival this Thursday, November 10th from 4 - 7:30 pm at the Five Sullivan Brothers Convention Center in Waterloo, Iowa. There will be over 70 FREE Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math themed activities for you to check out. All ages are welcome. Contact Mrs. Hoekstra for more information.
