Good morning, Tigers!
Are you bored at Tiger Time? Do you want to make a difference at your school and community? Then join the Tiger Student Union today! We are committed to improving student well-being through hosting fun events. Sign up on RTI for this wellness group on Wednesdays in Mrs. Romanazzi's room (Room 1508).
For any sophomore boys interested in playing basketball for the upcoming 2026-2027 season, there will be a sign-up meeting in Mr. Wolgemuth's room (Room 1715) during Tiger Time tomorrow. There will be an RTI session created for this meeting, so be sure to sign up if you are interested in attending.
Students requesting a lunch to go for the early dismissal on Thursday, Nov. 5th, can fill out the Google Form on Schoology. Please have this form completed by Tuesday, November 3rd.
Good morning seniors! The senior pictures are really rolling in to Mr. Winkel's email lately. Remember, this is the final month for submitting your pics to him. The deadline for picture submissions is the Tuesday right before Thanksgiving break, which is Nov. 24. After that date, the yearbook will use the junior pics from this year's seniors.
Audition Information for Cedar Falls High Spring Musical Hadestown Teen Edition is here. Please join the CFHS Drama group on Schoology for Musical Audition information and process and dates. A representative from Iowa Western Community College will be here on Wednesday, November 4. If you are interested in learning more about Iowa Western Community College, please sign up on Schoology.
Attention Senior Athletes! If you are planning to sign a Letter of Intent to participate in Division I or Division II collegiate athletics, please stop by the Activities Office to pick up a form for our upcoming Signing Day Ceremony. The ceremony will take place on Thursday, November 12th, during Tiger Time. We look forward to celebrating our senior athletes and their accomplishments!
There will be a varsity boys basketball sign-up meeting during Tiger Time on Wednesday in Coach Dyvig's room-- room 831. If you are unable to attend please contact Coach Dyvig.
Attention Seniors and Juniors: please remember to have all detentions served by the end of the day on Thursday, November 5th in order to keep your release or get your release back.
Students, as you register for your RTI sessions today, don't forget to check PowerSchool first so you know which classes to prioritize. Be sure to check out your course calendars for any upcoming tests and deadlines and have these in mind as you make your selections this week. Remember to prioritize getting support in your classes before signing up for study halls or clubs and enrichments. Remember to make your selections by 3:00 today to avoid auto-enroll. If your plans change throughout the week, you can always speak to a teacher about getting into a different session.
