Good morning, Tigers!

DECA meeting today during Tiger Time in room 1706. We will discuss ICDC and donut sales.

Astronomy club will meet in room 1833 today during Tiger Time to continue working on our space research slides, and learn about the Artemis II launch- all space enthusiasts are welcome!

Have you thought of being a Cedar Falls Cheerleader? Welcoming both girls and boys! Cheerleading tryouts for fall and winter season 2026-2027 are March 28th, with tryout practices March 23rd and 25th. Sign up with our tryout form found on schoology. Open Practices are every Wednesday till spring break from 4:30-6pm in the entryway at the highschool. Come check it out and join our tiger spirit for the upcoming school year!! 

A representative from Kirkwood Community College will be here on Wednesday, February 25. If you are interested in learning more about Kirkwood Community College, please sign up on Schoology.

Attention Seniors and Juniors: please remember to have all detentions served by the end of the day on Friday, February 27th, in order to keep your release.

Student Senate is sponsoring a Dodgeball tournament next week. It will start on Wednesday February 25th and depending on how many teams sign up, could run until Friday Feb 27th. Get your team together and sign up today. It’s $5 to play. Sign up on schoology and pay in the office before Monday the 23rd. 

Today’s Tiger Pride Commitment focus is the letter “E.” Extend at least one genuine compliment each day.

Reminders:

The School has received multiple complaints of students parking in the handicap parking spots without displaying their handicap sticker. If you are parked in these spots without displaying a handicap sticker, your vehicle will be issued a $100 ticket from the school and a $250 ticket from the City of Cedar Falls by the SRO. Please refrain from parking in the handicap parking spots.

Lose something? Maybe a sweatshirt, jewelry or something else? The lost and found is located in the attendance office. Water bottles that are found around the building are put in the commons area on the microwave cart.

Please place your gum in a garbage bin-not on the ground.

The Sophomore and Varsity Boys Basketball Teams will host Cedar Rapids Xavier tonight at 6:00 pm.

The JV and Varsity Waterloo Warriors Hockey Teams play the Des Moines Capitals tonight at Young Arena-games start at 6 pm.
