Good morning, Tigers!
Are you interested in space, planets, stars, or anything beyond the Earth? Come hang out with the Astronomy Club! This Thursday, join us in room 1833 to socialize, eat popcorn, and make fun slideshows about any space-related topic you want—black holes, aliens, rockets, constellations, sci-fi space tech, you name it. Next Thursday we’ll share our slides with the group in a super relaxed, low-pressure way. Come create, share, and learn with fellow space enthusiasts!
Listen up Junior Leadership: We will be meeting TODAY, Tuesday, February 3rd during Tiger Time in room 1838 to continue prom preparations! Make sure you email your Tiger Time teacher and Mrs. Moser or Ms. Vrioni to attend.
Spring Boys Rugby will hold a preseason informational meeting on Wednesday, February 4th, at 3:15 PM in the high school cafeteria. Please see Schoology and sign up to play this spring! If you would like to play but cannot attend the meeting, please reach out to Coach Piper at brentpiper@cfrugby.com. We hope to see you there!
Girls interested in going out for golf: We will have a mandatory preseason meeting on Friday, February 13th during Tiger Time in the Jungle. Please message Coach Strike, Phyfe or Youngkent ASAP if you are unable to attend.
For anyone interested in playing Men’s Tennis during the 2026 season, there will be a players meeting after school at 3:15 PM, in the Jungle room at the High School on Friday, February 6. Please be at the meeting so that Coaches Suiter & Adams can give you information concerning the tennis schedule, practice schedule, ordering t-shirts & gear, and answer any questions you may have about the program. Again, the Men’s Tennis meeting will be at 3:15 PM, in the Jungle Room on Friday, February 6.
Interested in participating in Trapshooting this spring? There will be a meeting at the High School in the Industrial Technology Woods Lab on February 5th at 3:15. If you are unable to attend please contact Coach Grund or refer to the Team Stack App for information.
Attention seniors: This is the last week to nominate a peer or yourself to be eligible for class speaker at commencement. Nomination forms can be found on your Senior class Schoology page and must be submitted to Ms. Anderson by the end of the day Friday.

The Boys Sophomore and Varsity Basketball Teams will travel to Cedar Rapids Washington to play at 6 pm tonight.
The Girls Varsity Basketball Team will host Cedar Rapids Washington here at 6 pm.
Also tonight is the High School Orchestra Pops Concert in the auditorium at 7:30 pm.
