This Friday, October 31st, we are excited to host Iowa City West in the football playoffs. Since it's also Halloween, we want to remind everyone of expectations for the day and for the game. Students choosing to wear costumes must follow our school dress code. Masks, face coverings, and costume accessories of any kind are not permitted. Anyone in violation of these guidelines will not be allowed entry into the stadium. Additionally, CFHS students and fans must remain on the home side of the stadium. Access to the visiting team's section is not allowed. These expectations help us ensure a safe, welcoming environment for all guests. Thanks for your cooperation—and Go Tigers!
Tiger Pals -- Listen up! Our next monthly meeting will be Wednesday, November 5 during Tiger Time in room 1501-- it's our time to connect, see how your Lil Pal meetings are going and get some fun November activities going! See our Schoology page or Mrs. Droste for questions!
Attention Full-Year and Fall-Only AP Students: We are one week away from the fall AP ordering deadline. Before November 7th, be sure to log in to your AP account and set your exam decision to yes or no. You must do this either way or you run the risk of a $40 fee. Please contact Mrs. Bettle if you have any questions.
Follow the Tigers on FRIDAY: Varsity Football game will begin at 7:00 pm vs. Iowa City West at CFHS; Waterloo Warriors Hockey JV game will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the Varsity at Young Arena; SATURDAY: Varsity boys' and girls' Cross Country meet will begin at 10:30 am at Lakeside Municipal Golf Course in Fort Dodge; Sophomore girls' MVC JV girls' Swimming and Diving Championship will begin at 9:30 am at the Linn-Mar Aquatic Center in Marion; State Cheer will begin at 8:00 am at the Iowa State Fairgrounds in Des Moines.
Today's Tiger Pride Commitment focus is the letter "E" - Extend at least one genuine compliment every day.

Are you a fan of Legos? Do you want a chance to use your Lego skills to win a cool Lego set? Come "Raise the Roof" one brick at a time and sign up for the Lego tower competition! The competition will take place TODAY from 11:30 - noon in the Commons. Teams can be 1, 2, or 3 members, and there's a $10 entry fee per team to support the Rocket Club.
