It is B day.
Good morning, Tigers!
The Cultural Diversity Club will be holding its first meeting on Friday, September 19 during Tiger Time in Room 1501. Come join us as we celebrate and learn about cultures from around the world through fun activities, food, and events. Everyone is welcome, and we'd love to see you there.
Good morning Tigers! If you're interested in helping your local community, come to the CFHS volunteer club meeting today during Tiger Time on the Learning Stairs!
Do you love to create, explore new materials, or just want a place to hang out and make art? Join the Art Club! Brush up on your art skills! All are welcome with no experience needed! We’ll experiment with different art projects, work on collaborative pieces, and have fun making art together. The first meeting will take place on Wednesday the 17th in Room 1505 during Tiger Time. Come join us and bring a friend! Contact Ms. Habhab with any questions, or if you are interested in Art Club but can't attend the first meeting.
Are you interested in science, politics, economics, technology, or social issues? These are all topics covered in Model United Nations. Join the CFHS Model UN team this year. The kick-off meeting will be Friday during Tiger Time in 734. Contact Mrs. Bettle with any questions about Model UN or if you are interested but can't make the meeting!
Reminder: Homecoming tshirt orders are due today by 12:30 pm. See the link on the CFHS website to order.
Students who want to be eligible for the homecoming dance-If you have outstanding detentions, you must have zero detentions to purchase a ticket. Please complete the Google Form posted on Schoology if you would like to develop a detention plan. This plan must be completed before meeting with your Associate Principal. The deadline to have all detentions done for homecoming is Thursday, September 18th, at 3:30 pm. This means you have 4 days to get your detentions down to 0.

The varsity girls tennis team plays this morning at Waukee NorthWest.
The sophomore/jv and varsity football team will take on Dubuque Senior tonight starting at 5 pm in Dubuque.
On Saturday JV girl’s tennis will be at the Wahawk invite held at Byrnes Park. Matches begin at 9 am.
Also tomorrow is the CF Tiger varsity volleyball invitational. Play begins at 9 am.
