A reminder that the Astronomy Club will host a bake sale tomorrow before school to celebrate National Space Day. Attention AP Students: Tomorrow (Friday) around 10:30 am, your computers will shut down and your local storage will be cleared to assure Bluebook works properly for your AP exams. Be sure to save any downloads, screenshots, etc before this time.
Listen up Junior Leadership: We will be meeting today, Thursday, May 1st, in room 1502 on prom preparations!
A reminder that TODAY is the last day to order this year's yearbook. Those who would like to order the book can deliver payment to Mrs. Steffy in the Main Office with cash, card, or check made payable to Cedar Falls High School for $65. After today, no more orders will be accepted.
Follow the Tigers: Varsity girls' Golf MVC Quad will begin at 3:15 pm at Pheasant Ridge; Varsity boys' Tennis will begin at 4:00 pm at the UNI Tennis Complex; Varsity girls' Tennis will begin at 4:00 pm at Waterloo West; Varsity girls' Soccer will begin at 4:15 pm, followed by the JV-1 at 6:30 pm at CFHS; Varsity girls' and boys co-ed Track and Field meet will begin at 4:30 pm at CFHS. JV boys' Soccer will begin at 5:15 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:00 pm at Cedar Rapids Prairie.
REMINDERS:
Students: 11 school days are left to become eligible to attend prom and participate in graduation. Detentions need to be served and Power School fines and fees need to be paid by May 15 at 12:30 pm. See your Associate Principal as soon as possible if you need help making a plan! The Prom Ticket Sign Up Form has been emailed to all Junior/Senior student email accounts and tickets are now available to purchase before and after school in the Main office for $15.00 each. The deadline to sign up and purchase tickets is Thursday, May 15 by 12:30 pm. Don't forget to pick up a guest form from the Attendance office if you plan to bring a guest to prom who is not a student at CFHS, or is a CFHS sophomore. These are due to Mrs. Skarlis in the Attendance / Activities Office by May 15 at 12:30 pm.
