Homecoming t-shirts are now available to order on the high school website. The deadline to order is this Friday, September 27 by 3:00pm.
Homecoming dance tickets are now available to purchase. Sign up on the link on Schoology, or the high school website, and pay in the Main office or the Attendance Office. All detentions need to be served and Power School fines need to be paid by the deadline of October 3 in order to purchase a ticket. Also, a reminder that guest forms are due next Wednesday, October 2 by 3:30 pm.
Just a reminder, representatives from Hawkeye Community College and Concordia University will be here tomorrow and a representative from St. Olaf will be here on Wednesday, September 25th. If you have any interest in meeting with representatives from these colleges, please sign up on Schoology.
Details for the 2024 Know Your Constitution Contest have been released. This is a yearly contest sponsored by the Iowa Bar Association that includes an open-book quiz & essay to help students gain an understanding and background in the US Constitution. If you are interested in participating in this year's Know Your Constitution contest, contact your Social Studies teacher or Mrs. Walsh in the Teal Learning Community- Rm 1814. Final submissions are due by Tuesday, November 26th.
Any students interested in participating in Poetry Out Loud, stop by the library today during Tiger Time to find out more about it! POL is an amazing opportunity for students interested in drama, speech, public speaking, or just celebrating a love of poetry. Marching band students, are you interested but can't get here until Marching Band is over? Email Mrs. Hendrickson and she can hook you up with the details! It's never too late to join!
