A reminder that activity passes can be purchased through Bound. Please check with your parent or guardian to see if an activity pass was purchased. At each home event, you will present the QR code that was received after purchase for admission to the event. You can show the QR code from your Bound app, take a screen shot and save it to your phone's Favorites photo album or print it off. Please check that you have access to your QR code now. Do not wait until right before the football game tonight! See Mrs. Steffy in the main office if you have any questions.
Interested in joining CFHS Drama? Audition information for the fall play, Greeks Gone Wild, is now posted in the CFHS Drama group on Schoology. Auditions are due by 8am on Tuesday, September 3rd. Contact Ms. Rathe in room 1737 or Ms. Magill in room 1734 with any questions.
The McLeod Center College Fair at the University of Northern Iowa will host around 75 colleges, universities, and military organizations. The fair will take place on Tuesday, September 10th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 am. The fair will use a browsing table format, allowing students to interact informally with representatives. Juniors and Seniors are encouraged to attend the event to gain a better understanding of admission requirements, scholarship information and get an overview of a lot of different postsecondary options in the Midwest. Sign up is live and available on your Schoology calendar by clicking the McLeod Center College Fair calendar link and signing up for a one hour shift.
Follow the Tigers: Sophomore Football game will begin at 4:45 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:15 pm at CFHS.
REMINDERS:
To purchase food in the cafeteria, all students will need to scan their student ID or enter their four digit PIN. Cafeteria staff will not be able to look up individual students in the search bar if you do not have your student ID. Please check your email your four digit PIN number. Protect this information and do not share your PIN with others.
Students who wish to attend Homecoming need to ensure that they do not have fines, fees, or detentions. The last day to serve detentions is Thursday, Oct. 3rd. As a reminder, Mr. Urbanek has all students with the last name A-L, and Mr. Benitez has all students with the last name M-Z. Please email your associate principal to set up a time to meet for a detention plan.
