Good luck to the Science Bowl Team as they head to the National Science Bowl Competition this weekend in Washington DC!
A reminder that the final day to order and pay for a 2022-2023 yearbook is this Friday, April 28, 2023. The cost is $65.00 and payment can be made in the main office. Check your PowerSchool Balance page or contact Mrs. Steffy to see if you have purchased a yearbook.
Just a reminder that this week is the ONLY opportunity to purchase POST Prom tickets. They will NOT be sold at the door! Stop by the Auditorium lobby before or after school, or during Power Hour to purchase your ticket. Cost is $10 per ticket!
Seniors who are attending Hawkeye Community College next fall: If you were not able to attend the meeting on Tuesday, please make sure you have started the process to sign up for your MORE session. If you have questions, please stop in the counseling office asap!!
You now have officially 8 DAYS to serve all detentions and pay Power School fees in order to attend Prom and participate in commencement! The deadline to have this done is May 5 by 3:25 pm! Students can check their detention balance at the Attendance or main office.
Follow the Tigers: Girls' Varsity Golf meet will begin at 11:00 am at Irv Warren Golf Course; Girls' JV2 Soccer will begin at 4:15 pm at Linn-Mar; Boys' JV2 Soccer game will begin at 5:45 pm at Linn-Mar.

REMINDERS: This week Student Senate will be in the lobby before school and during Power Hour with cards for teachers, administrators, office staff, custodians, and lunch staff. Please stop by and write a note to one of these and let them know we appreciate all they do for us.
Come support the Cultural Diversity Club’s annual food fair this Friday in the cafeteria from 6-8 pm! You will taste food from around the world brought by our very own CFHS students. It is $5 for students and staff to enter and $8 for the general public. 75% of proceeds will go to helping Turkey and Syria as well as supporting the Iranian protests. We hope to see you there!
