Just a reminder to Senior athletes: your paperwork is due TODAY to Mrs. Dusenbery in the main office if you plan to participate in the Signing Day on February 1.
A reminder to any girls planning to participate in Tennis this spring: there will be a meeting in the CFHS conference room located in the main office on Monday, January 30th right after school at 3:00pm.
Follow the Tigers: Girls' Varsity Wrestling Regional meet will begin at 11:00 am at the Iowa Event Center in Des Moines; Girls' JV1 Basketball game will begin at 4:45 pm, followed by the Varsity at 6:00 pm at Ames High School; Boys' Sophomore basketball game will begin at 4:45 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:45 pm at Ames High School; SATURDAY: Boys' Varsity Wrestling MVC meet will begin at 10:00 am at Waterloo West; Sophomore Boys MVC Swimming meet will begin at 12:00 pm at Holmes Jr High.
