Student Senate will be selling Candy Canes in the front lobby before school through next Wednesday, December 21. You can purchase a candy cane for your friend, teacher, classmate, custodian, lunch lady, yourself and so on. Candy canes will be delivered on our last day of school before break, Thursday, December 22nd. All Candy Canes are $1.00 and all profits will go to Team Eli.
Suicide Prevention Training: QPR is a research proven suicide prevention technique that can be learned by anyone. We are looking to see if our STUDENTS and STAFF are interested in receiving FREE QPR training during the spring semester. It would be 1 training session (approximately 2 class periods) led by a certified QPR trainer during the school day. This would be open to STUDENTS and STAFF and school counselors would be available during this time for support. If you are interested please see the post on Schoology.
Our Tiger Pride commitment for today is focusing on the letter "G" - Greet someone when you see them and respond when someone greets you.
REMINDERS: The Cedar Falls FTC Robotics teams are hosting a Coat Drive! If you have any coats in your house that you have grown out of, won’t use, or have gone out of style please donate them! These donations will go directly to the Salvation Army and help those struggling during the holidays. Your charitable donation can tremendously impact an individual's life. Donations can go to the Donation Box in the library. Donations will be accepted until December 16th. We ask that these coats are in a usable and clean condition. Please consider donating!
