Attention AP Students: We are one month away from the deadline to indicate your exam decision. If you have not done so already, please make sure you log in to your College Board account and change your decision from undecided to yes or no. Please see Ms. Bettle in Room 213 during the 1st shift of Power Hour if you need help or have any questions.

Congratulations to the Tiger Marching Band on an excellent show at homecoming on Friday night, and for another excellent show on Saturday afternoon at the State Marching Festival in Waterloo. The band earned a Highly Superior rating from all six judges in every category. Congratulations!

Also, congratulations to the Mens' Golf Team on winning the 4A State Championship! Well done everyone!

The Art Club will be meeting Tuesday, October 12th during the 2nd Shift of Power Hour. We will be holding officer elections and planning for Trunk or Treat and a Halloween party. Don't miss this meeting!

On October 20th, , we will be hosting a panel of representatives from different careers, including: construction, plumbing/HVAC, heating and cooling, masonry, utilities, electric and more. We will then have a fair where you can walk around and talk to the people. We will also have a student share his story about doing an internship this summer. Sign up is on Schoology. All grades are welcome! Please join us!!

Anyone interested in going out for bowling this year should attend an informational meeting on Tuesday, October 12 during the 1st shift of Power Hour in room 251. If you are interested in going out but cannot attend the meeting, please contact Coach Baker.

A representative from the United States Naval Academy will be available via a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, October 12 at 1:15 pm. A representative from Iowa Central Community College will be here on Tuesday, Oct.12 at 8:45 am; A representative from the United States Army will be here on Tuesday, Oct. 12 at 9:45 am. Interested students may sign up through Schoology.

Follow the Tigers: Sophomore Volleyball tournament will begin at 5:00 pm at CFHS; JV Volleyball Invitational will begin at 5:00 pm at Cedar Rapids Washington; Girls' Rugby will play at 6:00 pm at Island Park in Adel.
