Homecoming dance tickets can now be ordered on the CFHS website. You must have all fines, fees and detentions cleared before purchasing a ticket. Tickets are $5.00 and can be paid for in the main office once you have ordered them on the website. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door. The dance will take place at Orchard Hill Church from 8:00 - 11:00 pm on Saturday, October 9. Also, remember to fill out a guest form if you are bringing a guest who is not a student at CFHS. These can be picked up in the main office, or can also be found on the high school website. They are due no later than Wednesday, October 6 by 3:30 pm. Also, a reminder that Homecoming t-shirts can be ordered on the high school website and paid for in the main office. The deadline to order a shirt is Friday, October 1 by 12:30 pm.
All Sophomores: Please remember to report to the 1st shift of Power Hour today for the Character Strong activity. Remember that this is a requirement every Monday.
PSAT student guides are now available in the Counseling office. The link to register for the PSAT taking place on Wednesday, October 13th is on Schoology.
Please join Women's Leadership today during the 2nd shift of Power hour in room 106.
DECA will meet this Wednesday during the 1st shift of Power Hour in Rm 275 for students attending the Fall Leadership Conference in October. Bring ideas for fundraising.
A representative from the University of Wisconsin, Madison will be available to interested students via a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, Sept. 28th at 1:15 pm and Luther College will be here in person on Friday, October 1 at 9:45 am. Interested students can sign up through Schoology.
Calling all Sophomores! Come join the Sophomore leadership team in the Auditorium for our first meeting on Tuesday, September 28th, during the 2nd shift Power Hour. Contact Miss Weaver or Mrs. Willmert with any questions!
Follow the Tigers: Boys' Varsity Golf meet began at 9:30 am at Hunters Ridge Golf Course in Marion; Boys' JV Golf meet will begin at 3:30 pm at American Legion Course in Marshalltown; JV Volleyball Quad will begin at 5:00 pm at CFHS; Girls' Rugby tournament will begin at 6:30 pm at Mount Mercy in Cedar Rapids.
