Every year the American Lung Association sponsors a contest for high school students in Iowa to create PSAs highlighting the dangers of radon gas. Leah Takes took first place with this PSA: https://youtu.be/u1AIq88B140. Your teachers have the link in their email too. Leah won $600 for her efforts, and I think very soon she will be eligible for another $200 if her PSA receives the most views on YouTube. Please give this video a watch and pass along this link to everyone you can through social media so that Leah can cash in even more for doing her homework in 21st century literacy.
Follow the Tigers: Sophomore baseball will begin at 5:00 pm at Robinson Dresser; Varsity Baseball will begin at 5:30 pm at Mount Mercy University; JV softball game will begin at 5:30 pm followed by the Varsity at 7:30 pm at Robinson Dresser.
