Daily Bulletin - Wednesday, May 05, 2021

Announcements: Wednesday, May 5, 2021 A Day

Students and Staff: Just a reminder that the bells will be turned off today after the 1st shift of Power Hour until the end of the day due to AP testing. Bells will be turned off after the start of 1st period tomorrow and will remain off until the end of 6th period.

Juniors & Seniors who would like to go to Post Prom will need to purchase tickets this week outside the office in the Auditorium lobby. Tickets are $10 and will be sold before and after school, and during Power Hour THIS WEEK ONLY! Tickets will NOT be sold at the door, so be sure to make it a point to get your tickets by this Friday, May 7! There will be lots of great giveaways including PS5, Air Pod Pros, JBL Extreme Speaker, Dorm Fridges, Gift Certificates, 40” tv, CASH and more! Breakfast Buffet and Hypnotist included. This event is separate from prom; students do not need to attend prom to go to post prom. It is planned and put on by a committee of Junior parents with donations from many in our community who share a common goal: to provide a safe, fun & drug free place to hang out after prom.

Seniors: If you are planning to attend college next year, and have not done your 2021-22 FAFSA yet, there is free help available! The FAFSA is an important first step in receiving the money to help pay for college. John Holland will be at CFHS on Friday, May 7th and Wednesday, May 12th from 12:30 pm to 3:30 pm to help students and families fill out the FAFSA form! Please sign up using the link on Schoology.

Seniors: Please send your senior picture and share what your plan is for after high school to Instagram cfhs_seniors2021. The counselors will make copies and put them on the bulletin board outside of the counseling office for next year!

Students: please see the Schoology post regarding Teen Trust! It is an opportunity to learn about your community and become a philanthropist. The deadline to apply has been extended to Friday, May 7th.

Follow the Tigers: Girls' Varsity Golf Quad will begin at 2:00 pm at Pheasant Ridge; Trapshooting will begin at 4:00 pm at the Cedar Valley Gun Club.
