The CF Fellowship of Christian Athletes will NOT meet today due to ISASP preparation during Power Hour.
April bus passes are now available for purchase in the main office.
Students who are interested in taking Hawkeye classes this summer, please check out the Schoology posts. Registration open April 1st.
Chris Traetow, an admissions representative from Iowa, will be here today during 4th hour in the library to talk to admitted students about the next steps. Topics will include orientation, housing, move-in information, and more.
Listen up Junior Leadership! We will be meeting on Wednesday, March 31 during the 2nd shift of Power Hour to further our discussions about prom and start getting decorations together.
This Friday, April 2nd, Student Senate will be hosting a 3 on 3 Basketball tournament during Power Hour in the gym. Like the dodgeball tournament last week, in order to play or watch you must fill out the form on Schoology and pay $5 at the door. The form must be filled out by Thursday, April 1st at 5:00 pm. If the form is not filled out by then, you will not be able to play or watch. We will use the form to take attendance.
A representative from the following schools will be available to speak with interested students via a Zoom meeting on Tuesday, April 6: St. Marys at 10:30 am and Drexel University at 2:15 pm. Interested students may sign up through Schoology.
Follow the Tigers: Girls' JV and Varsity Track Invitational will begin at 4:00 pm at Waukee; Girls' Varsity Track meet will begin at 5:00 pm at Waverly-Shell Rock High School.
REMINDERS: Attention juniors and seniors! Are you looking for a summer opportunity where you can make meaningful sustainable change in the local school district? Green Iowa AmeriCorps may be for you! There will be a meeting on Wednesday, the 31st, at 10:30 AM to learn more about this local program that will strengthen your leadership skills and jump start your green career! See the Schoology post and let Mrs. Langan know if you are interested.
Juniors and Sophomores: Hawkeye Community College is offering free summer courses in Health Care, Criminal Justice and Exploring Power Technology. Please see more information on Schoology. Registration opens on April 1st and enrollment is limited.
