Any girl interested in going out for high school soccer in grades 9-12, there is a REQUIRED parent and player informational meeting on Tuesday, March 2nd at 5:30pm in the high school cafeteria. There will be open weight lifting for players before the meeting at 4:10pm in the high school weight room. The first official practice is March 22nd. We continue with Tuesday/Thursday open weight room 4:10-5:00pm and Friday 6:00-7:00pm open gym at Lincoln Elementary School, each week, until practice starts. Reach-out to Coach Place with questions. Students: If you are interested in serving a detention after school today, you may do that in the Tiger's Den. Normally this is not available on a Friday, however, Mr. Winkel will be available in the Tiger's Den right after school for anyone interested.

This is an important reminder for AP students: Monday, March 1st, is the last day you can drop an AP test without a fee. If you would like to drop an AP test, please email Ms. Bettle.

A reminder to all students that acceleration requests are due to Ms. Bettle by Monday, March 1st. If you still need an acceleration request form, stop by Room 213 during Power Hour today.

Students and fans wanting to attend the Girls' State Basketball game on Monday in Des Moines can find ticket information on the Cedar Falls High School website under the Athletics tab. Students will purchase tickets in pods of 4 to 6. Note that there is a designated student section, but tickets are limited. There is also information on purchasing general admission tickets on the Athletics website. Students that want to attend the game should remind their parents / guardians to complete the attendance release form which will be sent to the parent's / guardian's email.

March bus passes are now available for purchase in the main office.

Follow the Tigers: Boys' Varsity Basketball Substate game will begin at 7:00 pm at CFHS.

REMINDERS: Softball Players: Pitchers and Catchers, grades 8-12 will be meeting on Sunday afternoons beginning on February 28, from 3:00-4:30 at the CFHS gyms. Bring gloves, catching equipment, & tennis shoes. Masks required!
