Any student interested in participating on the Bowling team, there will be a meeting TODAY during the 2nd shift of Power Hour in Room 252. If you are interested but cannot attend the meeting please contact Coach Baker.

Today's food drive item is canned vegetables! Drop by the Counseling office tomorrow with those food donations to help our local food bank! As always, free will donations are appreciated.Thursday, October 15th is the last day to drop an extra class without a penalty. Students need to see their counselor to determine if they have enough classes and to fill out paperwork and get teacher and parent signature.

The Art Club will be making Pop Tab bracelets during the 2nd half of Power Hour today. Come get creative and get your style on in the Art rooms!

A representative from the following schools will meet with interested students via Zoom on Wednesday, October 14th: New York City Conservatory of Dramatic Arts at 10:30 am, Ohio University at 2:15 pm. Interested students should sign up through Schoology.

A representative from the following schools will conduct Zoom meetings with interested students on Tuesday, Oct. 20th: Drake University, Kirkwood Community College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Interested students can sign up through Schoology.

Ready to enjoy a challenging and fun winter sport? Give the Cedar Falls Men’s Swim Team a try! The team will hold an organizational meeting for parents and swimmers on Tuesday, October 20 at 6:30 pm on Zoom. Practices start November 9. The CF Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet during the 1st shift of Power Hour today in Mr. Wilkinson’s classroom in the portable. All students are welcome to attend.

Interested in learning more about our constitution and how it can be applied to hypothetical situations? The details for this year's Know Your Constitution Contest sponsored by the Iowa Bar Association are now available. This year's prize includes five $1000 scholarships and is open to any students grades 9-12. Please contact your Social Studies teacher or Ms. Lake in room 255 for more information. Completed tests and essays will be due January 6th by 3:30 pm.

There will be a Sophomore boys' basketball signup meeting during the 1st shift of Power Hour on Wednesday, October 14th in Coach Dyvig's room (259).

Reminder to Junior Leadership! We will meet TODAY during the 1st shift of Power Hour in Rm 160 to talk about our week of the Food Drive! We need your participation to come up with ideas and to let you know what our week will be all about.
