About this time of year we all start feeling the effects of STRESS! New classes, jobs, tests, college planning, activities… and just plain winter. Here to help us DE-STRESS on Wednesday, Feb. 5th, the Humane Society will have some dogs available in the front lobby area during both shifts of Power Hour! Please plan to stop by and spend a few minutes with the pups for this self-care opportunity! Research shows that time with pets can help our brain decrease levels of stress!
Follow the Tigers: Girls' JV basketball game will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:30 pm at CFHS; Boys' Sophomore basketball game will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:30 pm at Dubuque Senior.
REMINDERS:Seniors: Are you INTERESTED IN BEING A STUDENT COMMENCEMENT SPEAKER? Do you want to nominate someone who would be excellent? Please find the nomination form on Class of 2020 Schoology page. Complete the peer or self nomination. Print it out and submit it to Ms. Heidi Anderson in Room 214 NO LATER THAN THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 13!
