It's that time of year again! Nominations for the 2020 Gold Star Awards for Outstanding Teaching can begin! If you have a favorite teacher, there is no better way to honor them then to nominate them for this award! Applications can be found in the main office, counseling office and the library. After completing an application, you can drop it off in the drop box located in the library. The deadline for submitting a nomination is Thursday, February 20th.
1st semester Art students should pick up their projects by the end of the week. Any artwork not picked up by January 28th will be recycled or thrown away.Reminder to all Personal Finance students: If you signed up to take the UNI credit exam, your test time is this Friday, January 24th in room 275 during 3rd & 4th periods. You should have received a reminder from attendance about this test.
Girls' Track and Field athletes, we will be holding our preseason sign up and informational meeting TODAY at the start of 1st shift of Power Hour in the auditorium. This is a highly encouraged meeting to discuss dates, preseason requirements, and need to knows. All sophomores can attend as your Power Hour teachers will be notified to excuse your absence.
Follow the Tigers: JV Wrestling meet will begin at 6:15 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:00 pm at CFHS.

Students and teachers: Due to having no school yesterday, the next Power Hour Advisory will take place on Monday, January 27th.
Attention Juniors and Sophomores: Please mark your calendar for Monday, January 27th at 5:30PM for a College and Career planning presentation. It would be great if you could come with your parents or with your friends! Departments will also be showcasing the courses they offer so you can get information about scheduling for next year.
