Reminder: the deadline to sign up and purchase tickets for the Snowball Dance is this Thursday, January 16 by 3:30 pm. Sign up on the CFHS website and pick up your tickets in the main office. Guest Forms are due no later than Wednesday, January 15 by 3:30 pm. More dance information can be found on the high school website.

Congratulations to Akacia Brown who has been named Gatorade Player of the Year for Volleyball in the State of Iowa. This award is given to only one volleyball player in the state and is a recognition based on academics, athletic performance and citizenship. She is only the 3rd Cedar Falls athlete to win the prestigious Gatorade Player of the Year honor. Congratulations Akacia.

Winter Open Season for Esports officially starts on Saturday, January 18th and rosters need to be finalized by Thursday, January 16th. If you are interested in participating in the Winter Open, please fill out the form as soon as possible. If you haven’t been a part of esports in the past, you will also need to set up an account with HSEL. Goulden Rule Driving School information for the 2020 summer sessions is now available in the main office and on the high school website under the Driver Education tab.

Follow the Tigers: JV Wrestling tournament will begin at 5:00 pm at BCLUW Highschool; Boys' JV Basketball game will begin at 7:00 pm at Waterloo West High School.

REMINDERS: Attention Juniors and Sophomores: Please mark your calendar for Monday, January 27th at 5:30PM for a College and Career planning presentation. It would be great if you could come with your parents or with your friends! Departments will also be showcasing the courses they offer so you can get information about scheduling for next year
